Russia launched a ballistic missile against a residential area of Kharkiv, the second largest city in Ukraine, hurting at least 11 people on Sunday night (17), according to local authorities. Among the injured is a 13 -year -old girl, Oleh Synehubov, governor of the region, said in the Telegram app.
