Rapper Mauro Davi dos Santos Nepomuceno, Oruam, was transferred to a collective cell in the Bangu 3 prison in the West Zone of Rio de Janeiro, last Monday (4). The singer was arrested by the court after a new custody hearing.
According to information released by the Secretariat of Penitentiary Administration (SEAP), Oruam will be kept with members of the Red Command Criminal Fação (CV). He has been in a preventive arrest since July 22, when he decided to surrender to the Rio Civil Police.
On the last 30th, Oruam became a defendant after the Rio de Janeiro Court accepted the complaint of the Fluminense prosecutor for attempted murder. The investigation points out that the attempt occurred after the singer and two other suspects threw stones at the police of a 4.5 meter atura on the porch of Oruam’s house. In addition, the rapper was indicted for seven other crimes, including drug trafficking and trafficking association.
