The Federal Police (PF) ruled out the presence of any explosive artifact on a blue airline plane that made an emergency landing at Brasilia International Airport. The information was released at 2:45 am this Friday (8), after a scan.
The passengers spent the dawn in the “security room” of the airport and gave testimony before being released. All luggage underwent inspection.
The aircraft has been released to return to the operation and investigations into the threat authorship.
What happened?
On Thursday (7), the Azul AD4816 plane changed the route to make an emergency landing due to a bomb threat.
The aircraft took off from São Luís (MA) at 6:27 pm, and had a landing forecast at 9:30 pm at Viracopos Airport in Campinas (SP). After the ticket was found, the flight was diverted to Brasilia.
