The president of the Chamber of Deputies, Hugo Motta (Republicans-PB), sent on Friday (15) four requests for the revocation of Federal Deputy Eduardo Bolsonaro (PL-SP) to the Casa Baixa Ethics Council. The representations were at the Board of Directors and awaited an order.
The documents were presented by the PT and PSOL, due to the alleged breach of parliamentary decorum for acting against Brazil.
Former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL )’s son has been in the US since March and is appointed by the ruling base as one of those responsible for the tariffs applied to Brazilian products, as well as the sanctions applied to the Supreme Court Minister (STF), Alexandre de Moraes.
The board will analyze the representations and then the board will meet to formally establish the process.
