At least 613,000 INSS retirees and pensioners, who are entitled to compensation for improper discounts, have not yet adhered to the agreement to receive the money back.
The agreement ensures that the victims of fraud can receive the amounts that have been discounted, integrally and corrected by inflation, directly in the bank account where the benefit is paid.
Those who have contested and did not receive, within 15 business days, response from the entity or association responsible for improper discounts, within 15 business. All that had all who had discounts between March 2020 and March 2025 and those with a lawsuit, who must give up the action to have the reimbursement.
Still to join the agreement, the beneficiary must formalize the contestation of discounts with Social Security by November 14, by the application My INSS, in Central 135 or at Post Office. So far, more than 1.8 million beneficiaries, representing 75% of those who are fit, have already joined the agreement. 99% of them are expected to receive the amounts improperly discounted until next Monday, the 18th.
