The Supreme Court Minister (STF) Alexandre de Moraes holds on Wednesday (13), at 11:30 am, the interim between the statements of Lieutenant Colonel Mauro Cid and Colonel Marcelo Câmara.
The decision was made by the magistrate on August 6. The meeting aims to clarify divergences between the defendants’ allegations, involved in the investigation into the attempted coup against the Democratic Rule of Law after the 2022 presidential elections.
Cid was a former Jair Bolsonaro (PL) orders and is defendant in the so-called core 1 of the process. Câmara, who acted as former advisor to the former president, is a defendant in Nucleus 2 and will participate using electronic anklet.
The request for the accomplishment of the caress came from the defense of Marcelo Câmara, who questions possible inconsistencies in the statements of the whistleblower.
