The São Paulo court upheld the prosecutor’s complaint (MP) and made defendant the bodybuilder who beat his girlfriend in an apartment in Moema, in the south of São Paulo.
Pedro Camilo Garcia Castro will answer for attempted femicide through cruel and futile motive. He brutally assaulted his 27 -year -old girlfriend on July 14 during the victim’s birthday celebrations.
The two were in the apartment to spend time in the capital on the day of the incident. Shortly after the assaults, the suspect took the car and fled to Santos on the coast. He was arrested and is still in custody.
