House declares loss of mandate to 7 deputies and gives inauguration to substitutes

The House of Representatives declared a loss of mandate of seven federal deputies. The measure complies with the decision of the Supreme Court (STF) that changed the interpretation of the rule on the distribution of so -called electoral leftovers in the proportional elections.

By electoral rules, initially can only dispute chairs in the House parties that reach at least 80% of the electoral quotient. In addition, the candidate needs to obtain individually. Votes that correspond to at least 10% of this conscious.

The board of directors of the house published an act on Wednesday (30) confirming the loss of vacancies. In the same publication, the president of the House, Hugo Motta (Republicans-PB), summoned the new deputies, already graduates, for the inauguration as a starter.

They lost federal deputies of Amapá, Federal District, Rondônia and Tocantins. They are: Gilvan Máximo (Republicans-DF); Augusto Puppio (MDB-AP); LEBRÃO (UNION-RO); Lázaro Botelho (PP-TO); Professor Goreth (PDT-AP); Silvia Waiãpi (PL-AP) and Sonize Barbosa (PL-AP).

They were summoned to take office: Professor Marcivânia (PCdoB-AP); Paulo Lemos (PSOL-AP); André Abdon (Progressives-AP); Aline Gurgel (Republicans-AP); Rodrigo Rollemberg (PSB-DF); Rafael Bento (Somos-Ro) and James Dimas (we can-go).
