This Friday (8), hacker Walter Delgatti confirmed that he will give testimony in the House in the process of revoking Mrs Carla Zambelli. The information was confirmed by his lawyer, Ariovaldo Moreira.
Delgatti, who was arrested for committing the crime of digital invasion in the National Council of Justice system on January 4, 2023, was invited to testify as a witness to Zambelli. The testimonials are scheduled for August 13 and 20.
The hacker was not required to accept. His participation should be made through video crashes, as he is serving a sentence of 8 years and 3 months in prison at Tremembé Penitentiary, in the interior of São Paulo.
In January 2023, the hacker inserted a false arrest warrant against Minister Alexandre de Moraes in the Supreme Court (STF), using a counterfeit signature. The document, when released by the press, generated enthusiasm among the supporters of former President Jair Bolsonaro, who at the time remained camped in front of military facilities.
According to the STF’s decision that resulted in the condemnation of Delgatti and Deputy Carla Zambelli, the invasion of the National Council of Justice (CNJ) system had as its main purpose to weaken the credibility of the judiciary before the company.
Zambelli was arrested on July 29 in Italy in a prison near Rome. The Supreme asked for its extradition to Brazil. It is not known when the deputy will return to her home country.
