Fergie is celebrating a fergalicious occasion.
The former Black Eyed Peas singer gave fans a rare glimpse at her son Axl Jack Duhamelwhom she shares with ex-husband Josh Duhamelin honor of his 12th birthday.
Fergie shared several photos of Axl through the years, such as a snap of him playing soccer and another where he is seemingly performing in a theater production. She also threw in a few photos of herself alongside her son, including one of them posing alongside a giant Black Eyed Peas-themed guitar.
Alongside the pics, Fergie, 50, wrote a heartfelt message to her son, dubbing him “Axl Jack, the preteen.”
“I am so proud to see how independent you’re becoming and what a kind human you are,” she wrote in the caption of the Aug. 29 Instagram post. “Discovering everything you’re into and watching you grow brings such joy.”
The Grammy winner added, “I feel so lucky to be your mom.”
