According to the Public Prosecution Service, the contents published by Hytalo Santos reveal the severity of various violations of human rights and labor legislation. The agency is investigating these possible irregularities committed by the influencer.
Police from the 3rd Stelionato and Crimes Against Public Faith Investigations Police Station (DIG), linked to Deic (State Department of Criminal Investigations), arrested Hytalo based on a pre -trial detention warrant issued by the Paraíba Court. Felca’s complaints were made in a video published on August 6, entitled “Adultization”, in which he exposed the practice of early sexualization of adolescents by digital influencers. One of the main cited was Hytalo Santos, known for publishing content with young people in poses and contexts considered sensual.
The repercussion led to the deactivation of the Hytalo account on Instagram. In addition, an injunction determined the dismantling of underage videos and prohibited the influencer from maintaining contact with the adolescents involved. Hytalo had been investigated by the Public Prosecution Service of Paraíba since 2024 for possible violations of the Child and Adolescent Statute and on suspicion of incentive to pedophilia.
After reporting cases of exploitation of minors on social networks, Felca said she received several threats. Therefore, he began to circulate with armored car and security guards. In addition, he filed lawsuits against profiles that falsely accused him of involvement with pedophilia.
