The Corregedoria of the House of Representatives today received the complaint against 14 deputies for reasons in the plenary of the house last week. The house was 30 hours blocked by opposition parliamentarians until it was released on Wednesday.

I have full conviction that the center parties are on our side and no one wants a punishment for the deputies who were fighting for legitimate guidelines as we were doing.”
The government base considers that punishments are necessary to avoid the weakening of the chamber command:
“These punishments have to be immediate. The president decided to send to the corregedor and we hope that the Corregedoria will work as soon as possible and take the necessary measures. We can not play with such a serious and as serious thing as this,” said the government’s vice-leader in the House, Deputy Alencar Santana (PT-SP) in an interview with Paula Valdez in BandNews afternoon.
For the deputy leader of the opposition, Deputy Sanderson (PL-RS) The request for punishment of deputies is persecuted: “We saw a peaceful, orderly protest. On the other hand, deputies are taking advantage of this moment to try to approve some laws that give them greater protection with the Supreme. So all this is at stake. ”
