Pebble Beach, California – Bentley Motors introduced to the public during the prestigious Concours d’Alegance, the EXP 15 concept, a luxury Grand Tourer which, although not intended for production, anticipates the brand’s next generation design – including Bentley’s first fully electric car.
With lines that refer to the iconic Bentley Speed Six “Blue Train” of 1930, Exp 15 combines tradition and innovation.
The model features three seats, intelligent storage solutions and five design principles that will shape the visual DNA of the future vehicles of the automaker: Upright Elegance, Iconic Grille, Endless Bonnet Line, Beast at Rest and Prestige Shield.
“Exp 15 is a strong statement of intent,” said Robin Page, Bentley’s design director. “The feedback received in Pebble Beach will help guide the evolution of the brand design for the era of the electrified Grand Tourers.”
During Monterey Car Week, the concept was photographed in the legendary 17 Mile Drive, side by side with the history Blue Train.
After its debut, the model returns to Crewe, England, to continue to inspire Bentley’s future projects in the company’s new three -story design Studio.
