This is the company’s first customization project for Aston Martin, and is considered to be the most complex and sophisticated piece in its history.
Reinterpreted British Icons
The OCTAVIA was completely redesigned based on the 1971 DBS, combining British tradition with extreme modernity. The car, which was born after over 12,000 hours of work, mixes American muscle with British elegance while retaining the spirit of hot-rodding, co-founders Mike and Jim Ring said.
This model features a carbon fiber body inspired by William Towns’ original design, with more muscular and impressive proportions. The tread has been expanded up to 25cm, and the wheelbase has also been adjusted to improve stiffness and stability.
Power and cutting edge engineering
Under the hood is a 5.0-liter Ford Performance V8 engine and a 2.65-liter Harrop supercharger, delivering 805 horsepower and paired with a six-speed manual transmission.
The mechanical setup is reinforced with a Roadster Shop FAST TRACK chassis, Fox RS SV coilovers, dedicated HRE/Ragle Design wheels and custom 14-inch Brembo brakes.
Impressive details
The exterior is finished with Double-0 Silver paint and Nuclear Olive Green details. The interior features carbon fiber dashboards, 3D printed stainless steel parts and pleated leather. The creativity is reflected in the details, with the oil dipstick being processed into the shape of a martini glass, and the brand emblem being humorously changed to “Aston Martini.”
Additionally, a Gentex Corporation auto-dimning sun visor is first installed in a commercial vehicle, and is equipped with a camera system that rivals the invention of the James Bond film Division Q.
Customization masterpiece
“We asked ourselves: What car does MI6 agents drive on vacation? The answer was ‘OCTAVIA,'” Jim Ring said. “This project goes beyond everything we’ve done so far. It’s a celebration of true engineering, design and automotive imagination.”
With his debut with Monterey, Ringbrothers proves that he is one of the most influential names in the world of Restmod, and “OCTAVIA”Monterey Car Week 2025It was positioned as one of the most iconic works of the film.
