ANA Holdings Officially completed the acquisition of cargo airlines Nippon Cargo Airlines (NCA) on August 1made it the largest flight operator in Japan both in passenger and cargo services. The agreement which was originally announced in 2023 was completed after obtaining approval from the relevant regulator authority.
