In the video posted on June 24 on Tiktok, Tasha Hill He explained that his young Jeep Wagoneer began to make a strange noise, shown by her husband in a mall parking lot.
In the caption, she added that she has already contacted Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler and Shottenkirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, which is the dealership where they bought the vehicle in 2023.
“This specific problem has happened countless times from the beginning. I was told that, as they could not reproduce the problem and I did not have a record of it, they could not fix it or know what was the problem,” she wrote.
Because the problem was sporadic, she had difficulty registering. Unfortunately, even filming helped your case. “Even so, see, no one can do anything about it.”
According to her, Chrysler promised to designate a case manager for her, but she had no news from anyone or managed to connect when they called.
“I mentioned that they can’t name us the person responsible for our case, nor can we talk to them? This is not suspicious,” argued Hill.
@tashagodfrey295 I put this on Facebook but I know TikTok can do it’s thing! Well I’m going to apologize in advance for this rant but I’m at my wits end. So since we cant get anyone to do anything at Dodge, Jeep, Jeep Wagoneer, Chrysler, Shottenkirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram anywhere else I’ve called or taken this thing too, I figure I’ll bring it to facebook world and maybe get answers or a faster response. So please feel free to share! 2 years ago, we purchased this hunk of junk. Brand new might I add. Since I’ve had it, it’s been in the shop more than it’s been out. This specific problem here has happened numerous times since the beginning in which I was told since they couldn’t duplicate the problem and I didn’t have record of it they couldn’t fix it or know what the problem was. Well, it finally did it to my husband and we have it recorded. Still low and behold no one can do anything about it! This happens sporadically going down the road. No rhyme or reason. The only thing i can do is pull over and turn it off. Did I mention the motor blew up on it not to long ago, but they swear it was the reservoir. On top of something “chewing” the wires before that but not one piece of evidence to support that claim. Oh and the whole car died at one point because of “electrical” problems killed the battery. It’s literally been one thing after the other and now we’ve been in legal for about 2 weeks now and no one can give us any answers other than “someone will call you tomorrow.” Chrysler keeps telling us they’re not authorized to share any information with us since this not a “normal” case and our case manager will reach out to us, they’ve told us this everyday and no one will call us back or connect us to a supervisor. Did I also mention they can’t give us the name of the person handling our case nor can we speak to that person?? That’s not suspicious at all! We are at a loss. Maybe if we make it Facebook official someone will be inclined to help us, Idk it’s worth a shot. 🤷♀️ give me all your advice. Yes we’ve tried to trade it in, but they only wanted to give us about 45k for the car…. @Jeep @chrysler @Dodge #lemon #wagoneer #help #fyp #foryoupage #answers ♬ original sound – Tasha Hill
