Not yet published, the remote-controlled vehicle moves forward on uneven terrain-fallen trees and grenade craters-and then opens fire to the Russian trenches with a 7.62 mm PKT machine gun.

According to GUR officials, the use of the Lyut made it possible to create a fire line that facilitated the tactical movement of Ukrainian units at a lower risk.
Lyut was specifically developed as a combat platform and avoids compromises from multifunction robots. The machine gun is mounted at the center of the system, which simplifies the tower control, while the low-profile chassis has a level 4 armor that is resistant to the fire of the handguns.
Its agility is also noteworthy: the device is equipped with independent first suspension, rotating wheels and solid tires, steel -reinforced tires resistant to cracks and projectiles.
The vehicle is controlled by a single soldier through a control panel that resembles FPV drones. According to developers, an experienced drone manager can learn to control the Lyut in up to three days. Two joysticks provide concomitant movement and weapon control.
The robot has a direct view of up to 3 km and has multiple angles with optical cameras and optional heat designer. The shot is only possible from a standing position as the weapon system stabilization is not yet integrated.
The system is capable of storing 550 ammunition and has integrated optics, which allows up to 800 meters to accurate targeting. In addition, it is able to resist the disturbance of electronic warfare in a 700 -meter radius, and can be further expanded with land or drone transition stations.

Although Lyut is primarily designed for defense purposes, it is capable of working as a mobile or static role – even as a lure to explore Russian positions.
