A video showing a motorcyclist on a bear and miraculous survival is currently viral on social media.
In the clip, which is divided on Reddit, a man is seen driving on a dirt road close to a forest in Idaho, USA.
Suddenly, a bear jumps out of the trees and begins to cross the road – just as the man comes running.
As a result, the motorcyclist directly collides with the animal. The footage shows how both man and bear rolls in each direction after the clash.
But before the bear could recover and possibly attack, the driver ran quickly, turned off the motorcycle and fled the scene.
“It’s my friend. We were about 20-30 seconds behind him. I didn’t quite believe it when he said he had hit a bear-before we saw the GoPro recordings,” the Reddit user, who shared the video.
“I just thought he had seen a bear, got scared and exaggerated a little. But no – he actually hit a bear,” added the user, who did not tell if the motorcycle was found or how it went with the bear after the accident.
