A business jet (N10TN registration number) of the BAE-125-700A model was found on July 3rd in the remote areas of the Gracias A Dios, near the border of Nicaraga, East Honduras.
The aircraft, discovered by local authorities, is likely to be related to drug trafficking.
According to the preliminary survey, the jet departed from the Dominica Republic on the night of June 29 and headed for Venezuela. The crew originally reported the destination to Grenada, but it turned out to be secretly landed on Venezuela territory after leaving the path, turning off the transponder, and then landing. The next day, on June 30, the aircraft was captured by the radar, but it disappeared from the tracking.

No passengers or illegal cargo were found in the debris survey conducted by the Nicaragua Air Force. However, according to the information obtained separately, the aircraft is estimated to have carried about 400 kg of cocaine. The survey showed that the registration number of the aircraft was deliberately covered with the aim of making it difficult to identify.
Inside the cockpit, iPad and oxygen cylinder were found, which is currently used as a forensic analysis data. The aircraft is registered with the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and the registered owner is the Pacific Rim Management LLC, a US company established in 2022.

Authorities in Honduras, Nicaragua and neighboring countries are working together to investigate the situation of the incident and to identify those involved.
