The Legal Representation Entity Help 4 You asked for entry as Friend of the court In a process of the Rumble and Trump Media video platform, the company of US President Donald Trump and presented on Tuesday (22) a petition to the Federal Court of Florida.
Legal Help 4 You asked to be sent to US government agencies requests to the Supreme Court Minister (STF) Alexandre de Moraes and other court judges to be investigated and suffering sanctions.
The request was submitted in relation to a lawsuit against Moraes by the two companies this year, claiming that measures of the STF Minister regarding Rumble would be illegal by American legislation. Trump Media is part of the action because Rumble provides cloud services to Truth Social, the president’s main product.

Regarding the State Department, the entity requested that the Florida Court submit notification “to the competent federal authorities to consider sanctions under the Global Magnitsky Law [que permite ao governo americano punir violadores internacionais dos direitos humanos]”Against Moraes and other STF ministers.
Legal Help 4 You also asked for referral of the facts and materials of this memorandum to the US Department of Justice for preliminary analysis. ”
“In particular, the applicant requests involvement with the international affairs office and consideration under the current American structures governing foreign corruption, digital censorship and transnational repression,” he said.
“If the facts support this decision, we request that the Justice Department open a formal inquiry or make referrals to the appropriate federal authorities or to international partners capable of starting procedures under national or international law,” added Legal Help 4 You.
Last Friday (18), the US State Department had already applied sanctions against Moraes, “his allies” on the Supreme Court and his family members, who had their visas revoked and thus prevented from entering the United States.
In an X-publication, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio mentioned that the measure was motivated by what he called “Witch Hunt” against former President Jair Bolsonaro, defendant in the STF in a lawsuit for alleged coup attempt on Friday of a Federal Police Operation (PF), authorized by Moraes.
The minister also imposed precautionary measures against the former president, such as use of electronic anklet, night collection from 19h to 7h and ban on the use of social networks, which were confirmed by the first class of the STF.
Contrary to what informed in a previous version of this report, the petition was presented by Legal Help 4 You, not by Rumble and Trump Media.
