The president of the United States, Donald Trumpreacted with criticism of the announcement of billionaire Elon Musk about the creation of a new political party in the country. In public statements and posts on social networks, the Republican classified the initiative as “ridiculous” and warned of the risk of “chaos and confusion” if the proposal advances.
“I find it ridiculous to create a third party. It has always been a bipartisan system, and I think creating a third party only contributes to the confusion,” Trump said in contact with journalists.
Trump also used his social Truth platform to attack Elon Musk, claiming to be “sad” with the former ally. “He has become a total disaster in recent weeks. Creating a third political party has never worked in the United States and only contributes to the disorder,” the Republican wrote.

President Trump still mocked the Democrats and praised the republican machine as “efficient.” According to Trump, Elon Musk’s new party would only serve to “generate more chaos,” which, in his view, would already be promoted by the “radical left.”
Former Trump ally, Musk revealed on Saturday (5) the founding of the America, stating that the American political system acts, in practice, as a “unique party”, with little difference between Democrats and Republicans. According to him, the new caption would emerge as an alternative to “returning freedom” to citizens.
The Musk initiative gained strength after the approval in Congress of a Legislative Megapack proposed by Trump, sanctioned on the July 4 holiday. The new law eliminates federal subsidies for electric vehicles – a sector in which the entrepreneur is directly interested – and expands the ceiling of American public debt. Musk had promised to create a party if the project was approved.
The decision, which shook the political scenario, was accompanied by a poll made by Musk on the social network X (former Twitter), in which more than 65% of the 1.25 million participants voted in favor of creating the new party. It is still unclear whether the acronym will be formalized with the Federal Electoral Commission or will act as an independent political movement.
Despite the repercussion, Musk has not yet presented names of possible America party leaders and officially recorded the subtitle. He indicated, however, that the group could focus on a small number of strategic chairs in Congress, acting as a decisive force in tight votes.
