PUTIN signs law that allows the hiring of foreigners by the Russian army | Ukraine and Russia

United States intelligence officials have told Reuters news agency in April that more than 100 Chinese citizens work in the War for the Russian Army, but apparently without a direct connection with the China government. At the time, Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky said he was informed by his country’s officers about 155 Chinese citizens fighting the Russian side.
