The leader of the Workers Party (PT) in the House fired the Federal Supreme Court (STF) to prevent governors from giving Eduardo Bolsonaro. The action seeks to make it impossible for the licensed deputy to be appointed, for example, in state secretariats.
Eduardo’s allies bet on this strategy to maintain his mandate even after the end of the 120 -day license, which ended last Sunday (20). The party points out that the process could occur in order to ensure irregular financial support in the United States.
Deputy Alencar Santana, also from the PT, asked the Supreme Court to evaluate Eduardo’s pre -trial detention for alleged coercion in the trial on the attempted coup against the Democratic Rule of Law. He points out that former President Jair Bolsonaro’s son threatened the 2026 elections and used tariffs to press the judiciary.
National sovereignty was defended by the President of the Superior Court of Justice. In a statement, Herman Benjamin criticized possible international interference and stressed that the agency is essential in the defense of democracy.
