The training of the first class takes place according to the national instruction system, using the infrastructure of the 23rd tactical air base. The program provides for the use of the available simulators on the base, followed by practical flights with the device.
The new training model was developed internally on the basis of previously gained experiences. In the meantime, a second group of Polish pilots, who was sent to South Korea six months ago, has recently completed their first solo flights with the FA-50, now on Polish soil.
In addition to the training of pilots, two teams of Polish technicians and aviation engineers in South Korea are to inspect Sidewinder-Air-Air missiles. The armament will be delivered to the Polish Air Force via a lease contract.
