The expectation for the decision of Minister Alexandre de Moraes of the Supreme Federal Court (STF) follows the situation of former President Jair Bolsonaro.
The demonstration of the defense occurred after Moraes determined a period of 24 hours for the former president to explain, due to the release of videos with Bolsonaro speeches on his social networks.
After pointing out a possible non -compliance with precautionary measures by Bolsonaro and receiving the explanations of the defense, Moraes has not yet manifested if there was, in fact, any infraction.
The minister may send the arguments presented by the defense to the Attorney General’s Office for analysis. Bolsonaro’s lawyers, in turn, asked for further clarification from the magistrate and claim that they await the decision.
