Mechanic Clayton Juliano Silva, 38, died and a child was shot in the back after a traffic fight in Mauá, Greater Sao Paulo, this Sunday (27). The victims were in a car, returning home, located about 2km from the scene of the crime.

In testimony, Clayton’s wife, who was occupying the passenger seat, said her husband honked asking for a rider who was talking to another driver. The motorcycle rider, an undercover military policeman identified as Kaio Lopes Raimundo, gave a passage to Clayton and then tried to cut him on the right, pairing the bike on the passenger side.

According to his wife, the PM would have thrown pepper spray inside the car and then heard four shots. One of them hit Clayton’s neck and he faded. Police tried to revive him, but he could not resist his injuries.

The vehicle followed the wrong way and collided with a wall. When his wife got out of the car to ask for help, his 9 -year -old nephew said he had been shot in the back. The child was rescued and taken to Mario Covas Hospital in Santo André (SP). According to the family, the bullet was housed in the boy’s basin, who is hospitalized and is not at risk of death.

The perpetrator of the shots alleged self -defense, but was arrested in the act and had the arrest converted into preventive. The PM will be responsible for qualified homicide for futile motive and attempted murder.
