The impressive modification was carried out by the entrepreneur Daniel dos Santos carried out, which is better known online than Daniel Graxinha. He has almost 3 million followers on Instagram and won many fans after showing the result of his “Karrari” project-a conversion that cost over $ 18,000.
In an interview with the portal Self -esport Daniel, who has a car wrapping business in São Paulo, explained that he bought the KA in 2020 to customize him “according to his ideas”.
He built a forged carbon steering wheel from China, door panels from Alcantara, a digital cockpit and two multimedia units – one for music, the other for GPS.
“I installed a panoramic sliding roof that comes from the Audi Q3. The seats are made of leather and resemble those of a Laferrari-shell seats. The seat belts are yellow and the rims come from Ferrari,” said Daniel to the magazine.
“The car also has a air suspension, start button and a multifunction steering wheel. This car is not delivered – I have adapted everything myself,” he added.
However, the Karrari received no technical changes under the hood. It retained its original 1.0-liter four-cylinder suction engine with flex fuel, which produces up to 72 hp and 9.3 kgfm torque.
On the outside, however, the car received more striking modifications, including shear doors that open up to the side. According to Daniel, this part of the project lasted two weeks.
On the fender, Daniel decided to attach the iconic Ferrari logo to round off the whole thing. However, in order to avoid legal problems with the Italian manufacturer, he made a humorous change: instead of the black horse from the original logo, he used a “laughing donkey”.
The Karrari was bought on an auction for only $ 2,800 and is now worth around $ 34,000. However, Daniel emphasized that he was not planning to sell him. “He has a high emotional value for me. I don’t sell it and only use it for small trips,” he told the portal UOL.
