The video shows President Trump making a speech in English and attributes to him the following statement, subtitled in Portuguese: “Lula, the guy is a walking scandal, corruption, lies and zero respect for the people. While Brazilians are out there, struggling to survive, he is flying around, squeezing his hands and acting like a global star. He is not a leader, he is a showman. The only thing he is good is to deceive people. Brazil deserves a president, not a performer. Total disgrace.”
