Federal Representative Carla Zambelli referred to the Chamber’s Constitution and Justice Commission (CCJ) her defense in the process of canceling the mandate. In the document, she claims to be a victim of political persecution and says hacker Walter Delgatti has no credibility.
Zambelli also disputes judicial decisions, denounces violations of the right of defense and asks for the filing of the case. The defense of the deputy also requested that the CCJ that there was a caress, a procedure that clarifies controversial points regarding the testimonials, between her and Delgatti.
The deputy was sentenced to ten years in prison in a closed regime and the loss of his mandate by the Federal Supreme Court, accused of being the mastermind of the attempt to invasion to the National Council of Justice (CNJ) systems, with the help of the hacker, who is arrested and was the whistleblower in the case. She is on the run in Italy.
