An unidentified drone fell at dawn on Monday (29) in Minsk, capital of Belarus, after being intercepted by electronic war systems.
According to the country’s Ministry of Defense, the object was detected by the air defense forces around 2 am, when it fell over the national airspace towards the capital.

Authorities reported that the drone was neutralized at 2:33, after the application of electronic countermeasures, which made him fall on a city street. There was no record of injuries, and an investigation was opened to investigate the details of the incident. The equipment model could not be identified by the released images.
The episode reinforced concerns about the safety of airspace in the region. A day earlier, an unidentified Shahed Drone was spotted near Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania, after entering the Belarusian territory. Authorities announced additional measures to reinforce air control.
