2012 has been generally regarded as one of the greatest of the modern-day F1 seasons, with six out of the championship’s 12 teams winning at least one race, of which, seven different drivers claimed victory.
It was a season that featured a dramatic title fight between Fernando Alonso and Sebastian Vettel, with both drivers attempting to win their third world championship, with Vettel taking the title by just three points.
