Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin (Republican Party) announced that he will investigate the Return to Earth Association (RTTL), which since 2023 has been developing a “white” community in the north of the US state.
One of the association’s founders, Eric Orwoll, told Ozarks First news site last week that, in addition to the Arkansas base, RTTL soon plans to expand operations to Springfield, Missouri, and to other US states.
“Whites should be able to live among their own people, if that’s what they want, and mass immigration is quickly making it almost impossible in many Western nations,” Orwoll said.
“If individuals decide to live in multidacial communities, they must be allowed to do so, but we do not want racial discrimination to be imposed on us in all aspects of life,” he argued.
RTTL describes itself as a private association, which vetoes Jewish and non -white members through a registration process that requires European ancestry.
The NGO Liga Anti -Difama (ADL) requested in an X note this month that Arkansas authorities declare the developing community in the state as illegal according to the ARKansas fair housing law, the 1968 federal housing law and other federal and state civil rights laws.
“We have made the Arkansas fair housing commission, the elected local authorities and the police authorities to act quickly to ensure that Northeast of Arkansas remains a welcoming and inclusive community, not a refuge for intolerance and exclusion,” said Lindsay Baach Friedmann, ADL regional director for central-south at X.
According to information from The Hill, Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin said in a statement that “racial discrimination has no place in Arkansas or anywhere in a free society.”
“These allegations [da RTTL] raise all types of legal issues, including constitutional issues. My office is analyzing the subject, ”he said.
