An unidentified Amazon driver allegedly informed police that the customer was suffering from domestic violence. The woman secretly sought help from the driver.
On March 28, the Amazon driver secretly received a message from a customer who was suffering from domestic violence in Florida and called police to arrest the perpetrator.
The driver, who has not disclosed his identity, told the emergency call operator that the woman said, “If I can ask, can I call the police and come to my house?”
The driver had no idea what was going on at the time, but he still contacted the police.
The Amazon driver also reported that she was trying to talk to her not to attract attention during the delivery. He found out that there was a man in the house with him.

Police arrived at the address and found the couple on the balcony. They saw the woman leaving traces of violence on her neck.
Frank Mandolini, 43, was arrested and charged with a felony domestic violence. The incident allegedly occurred after the victim called another woman and accused him of watching adult videos.
The Amazon driver was praised by Sheriff Eric Flowers. “This guy is a real hero. He probably saved her life. He has a great reputation for him,” Flowers said.
