The young high school pupil stirling heriot died Friday (18th) in a car accident on a remote road in Quambone, Australia.
Police stated that Heriot was driving on the road when his vehicle came out of control and overturned several times. Rescue crews were called, but he was declared dead on the spot.
The accident happened a few kilometers from the Heriot family property in the city of Coonamble.
Heriot’s death was mourned by the entire school environment at The King’s School in Sydney, a boys school.
“Stirling was widely admired for its goodness, generosity and willingness to deal with those around them,” the school wrote on its Facebook page.
The young teenager participated in the Rugby and Rolagene, and was involved in a project to build a new trailer for use on the family farm.
“His tab will be deeply felt by the family, his friends, the international community bakes Hake, his classmates in 12th grade and many others at the entire school who had the privilege to know and teach him,” the statement continued.
“Please keep the Heriot family in their thoughts and prayers in this very painful time,” the institution asked.
Friends and family wrote supportive and compassionate messages in the post.
“My deepest compassion to the family of this wonderful boy and the school environment. Too young,” a person wrote.
