Legro’s arrest was the result of an operation conducted by FBI agents, who served a search warrant at their residence. According to court documents, during the action was found an Apple Macbook laptop containing 11 video files with children’s porn material. A 13-page and partially confidential FBI testimony points out that Legro was linked to a suspicious account identified in 2005, as part of an investigation involving E-Gold-an electronic payment company widely used by child porn sites.
