United States President Donald Trump has “weak” Iran’s response to US attacks on regime’s nuclear facilities, held over the weekend. In a series of social media publications, Trump stated that Iran “gave notice” before launching missiles against US bases in Qatar and Iraq on Monday (23) and thanked for the gesture, noting that no life was lost and the damage was minimal.

“I want to thank Iran for warning us in advance. This allowed no one to be hurt or was killed,” said Trump. According to him, of the 14 missiles fired by the Islamic regime, 13 were intercepted by the US defenses, and only one was released for not representing threat.

Trump also pointed out that he considers the Iranian reaction “what was already expected” and stressed that the US operation on Saturday (21) reached the goal of neutralizing the nuclear capacity of Islamic dictatorship.

“The answer was very weak and we have contained it effectively,” he wrote.

Finally, the president indicated that US forces will not retaliate the recent Iranian attack and that his government will now work to seek peace in the Middle East.

“Perhaps Iran can now follow peace and harmony, and I will encourage Israel to do the same. […] Congratulations world, it’s time of peace, ”he wrote.

Trump also thanked Emir do Qatar for his support in the mediation of ongoing conflicts in the Middle East and confirmed that even with the attack on an American base in the country, there were no injuries between Americans or Cataris.
