Minister Dias Toffoli of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) scheduled for Tuesday (24), at 15h, a conciliation hearing to deal with compensation to retirees and pensioners victims of fraud involving improper associative discounts in their INSS benefits.
Representatives of the Attorney General of the Union (AGU), the National Institute of Social Security (INSS), the Public Defender of the Union (DPU) and the Federal Public Prosecution Service (MPF) should participate in the meeting.
One of the points under discussion will be the possibility of opening extraordinary credit to enable the cost of financial reparations to injured insured.
