Now, support for families that prove financial disability to afford the amounts, when the death occurs in circumstances that cause commotion and there is budget availability, and “the expenses with the transfer is not covered by insurance contracted by the cujus or in favor of it, or are not foreseen in an employment contract, if the displacement to the abroad has occurred to service”. The measure is already in force.
