It was published in the Federal Official Gazette this Friday (27) the revocation of the measure that prevented the federal government from costing bodies of Brazilians killed abroad to Brazil.
Now, support for families that prove financial disability to afford the amounts, when the death occurs in circumstances that cause commotion and there is budget availability, and “the expenses with the transfer is not covered by insurance contracted by the cujus or in favor of it, or are not foreseen in an employment contract, if the displacement to the abroad has occurred to service”. The measure is already in force.
This Thursday (26), President Lula talked to Manoel Marins, father of Juliana Marins, a Brazilian who died after falling from a cliff during a trail on Mount Rinjani, Indonesia, and determined to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to provide all the support to the family.
