The Civil Police carried out an operation on Monday (30) against a group that committed crimes of violence against women aged 11 to 19 years. Prison and search and seizure warrants are served in eight states and the Federal District. So far, four people have been arrested.
According to investigations, criminals were organized virtually on platforms such as Discord to commit virtual rapes, torture, misogyny and racism against the victims. The gang shared intimate images of victims on social networks and forced them to perform self -harm.
The operation began after one of the group members was arrested last month. From the skill of about 80,000 images, videos and audios found on electronic devices, it was possible to reach the others involved and other leaders.
