The information was released by the Reuters news agency. Brazil chairs the bloc – which is also made up of Russia, China, India, South Africa and other countries – since January this year and will be the host of the high level meeting. This week, the Russian government informs that President Vladimir Putin will not attend the event in Rio de Janeiro.
