On Wednesday (25), Iranian state media reported that at least 627 people were killed in Iran during the conflict with Israel. Between June 13 and 25, the attacks also left 4,870 injured. The data were released in a new balance of the country’s Ministry of Health.
According to Tehran, 86% of the victims died at the attacks. The number of dead corresponds to 20 times more than on the Israeli side, which, according to local authorities, were about 30 people.
Iran also confirmed, on Wednesday (25), that the Major General Ali Shadmani, who served as commander of Khatam Al-Anbiya’s central headquarters, died after suffering bombing injuries last week. He had taken office on June 13, after Israel’s initial attacks killed several Iranian top commanders.
