Senate Presidents David Alcolumbre and the House, Hugo Motta are expected to attend the Federal Supreme Court (STF) hearing on Friday (27) on parliamentary amendments. The goal is for them to explain the execution of the values, as well as talking about the dissatisfaction of the two houses with some recent decisions of the Supreme to suspend transfers.
Rapporteur of actions at the Court, Minister Flávio Dino summoned the public hearing to discuss the imposing amendments, of mandatory execution, and to gather technical contributions that help in the judgment of processes in progress in the STF. He also considers that the theme has “undeniable relevance from the social, economic and legal point of view”.
Also present at the hearing will be the Minister of the Attorney General of the Union, Jorge Messias, the Vice-President of the Federal Court of Auditors, Jorge Oliveira, and representatives of the Attorney General’s Office.
